No-shows and endless back-and-forth on times ate hours every week, and reminders only went out when someone remembered to send them.
What we built
An assistant that books and reschedules appointments, sends automatic reminders and fills cancellations from a waitlist.
Outcome
Noticeably fewer no-shows and a calendar that stays full. Without anyone chasing it by phone.
