Founder & Ownerİlhan Berk Duran is an entrepreneur from the Rhein-Neckar region. Before otonit, he built a facility-services company that he still runs today — an operations-heavy business where quotes, scheduling, invoicing and customer email have to work reliably every single day.
otonit grew out of that daily routine: the first automations ran in his own company before they became a service for other businesses. That operator background sets the bar to this day — every setup has to survive a real working day, not just a demo.
